We generally start with our New Patient Consult appointment for patients that do not have any urgent needs that need immediate attention. If you do have medical issues that require immediate attention, we are more than happy to schedule a New Patient Sick appointment.

Before your first appointment at Corrales Family Practice,

The medical record requests will need to be sent to the providers two weeks before we can schedule the New Patient Consult.
